The Kampala Junior Team is a grassroots organisation dedicated to the nurturing of talent and the provision of opportunities for education amongst the young people of Kampala, Uganda.
The KJT International Supporters are here to cheer on the KJT’s 3 boys’ soccer teams and 1 girls’ soccer team. This blog is run from Wales by me, ceris62, that’s my girl in the banner photo. With a small group of friends I made a Good Luck Card and sent it off to the KJT along with a small donation. If anyone wants to do something similar their address is

(but it’s obviously not a good idea to send cash in the post, if you want to send money I can put you in touch with Coach Kabugo or Kayiwa Fred, but please don’t send me money, I’m not asking for it!)
KJT recently (August 2008) won the Under 14 and Under12 Trophies at the Ligi Tournament, Nairobi.
The team have been invited to take part in The Norway Cup in 2009, subject to sponsors being found in time.
